Will my venue allow confetti?

One of the most common questions from newly engaged couples is whether their venue will allow petals. This question is understandable, as couples want their wedding to be perfect, including the memorable confetti moment. This really depends on your venue, and their specific rules and policies, so before ordering make sure you check their petal policy. They may have certain guidelines, or restrictions in place regarding what's allowed on their premises. So, it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Many venues will ask for biodegradable confetti, which is where we come in! All of our petals are grown on our farm and 100% biodegradable, and have the added bonus of being dye free! Meaning they're super eco-friendly and won't harm the environment. Venues LOVE this because the petals will simply wash away, just like blossom falling from a tree. How beautiful is that?

Once your venue gives you the green light, you can go ahead and order our gorgeous confetti with peace of mind, knowing that all of the mixes on our website are free for you to choose from.

When Should I Order My Wedding Confetti?

Our delphinium and wildflower petals have an unexpectedly long-life span and can be keep for up to 12 months if stored correctly, in a cool, dark, dry place. If you are a lover of our larger petals, such as dried rose petals or hydrangeas, we advise to store these for no longer than 3 months. They are a much more delicate petal and their natural colours fade much quicker than our smaller petals.

Don't worry, if you want to get your confetti ticked off the wedding planning list, but are worried about storing your petals, we offer a delayed delivery service. Making wedding planning that little bit easier. If your wedding is more than 3 months away, simply provide your details at the checkout along with your wedding date and select delayed delivery. Our dispatch team will prepare and send your order around a month before the big day, voila!
