Delivery
We offer FREE UK standard delivery on all orders over £70!
Our Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days and prices start from £4.45
Our Special UK delivery is a next working day service, prices start from £8.50. Place your order before midday on a working day for same day dispatch, and delivery should be the next working day.
Our delivery is calculated by weight so once your items are in the basket your delivery will calculate at the checkout.
Special Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery to anywhere within the UK on most items. Please note to ensure next working day delivery orders must be placed before midday Monday to Thursday and will be with you by 9pm the next working day, they will also need signing for.
Our wheat arrangements and personalised products are bespoke handmade items that are made-to-order and are excluded from our next day delivery so please do give us a call first if you are in a hurry and we'll see what we can do.
How & When
We dispatch all our orders from our Shropshire based farm in the UK, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and these are delivered via Royal Mail or courier.
Delayed Delivery
If your wedding is over 3 months away, you can order your confetti now and select Delayed Delivery during the ordering process. This means we'll dispatch your order 1 month before your wedding date, so you can tick it off your list.
We dispatch all our Delayed Delivery orders on a Wednesday, they tend to arrive by the Friday or following Monday. You should receive a dispatch email so you know your order is on its way.
If you need to change your Delayed Delivery dispatch date eg. if your wedding is postponed you can login to your account and change this, or email us at enquiries@shropshirepetals.co.uk Please do let us know as soon as possible.
European Delivery
We deliver to many countries within Europe, usually with Royal Mail or a courier.
Please do allow 5-12 working days for this service, shipping costs within Europe start from £10.00 - £18.00 dependent on weight.
The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. See guidance from the European Commission but generally the rules below apply.
- Items under €22 – no VAT or duties till July 2021.
- Items between €22 and €150 – subject to tax and a clearance/handling fee (neither is guaranteed so the customer might not have to pay at all).
- Items over €150 – subject to VAT, customers duties and a clearance/handling fee
International Delivery
Most of our petals can be shipped worldwide, but due to international selling regulations we cannot deliver some items outside Europe, including: dried flower arrangements, baskets, and selected petals and dried flower bunches.
Delivery is also calculated on weight but starts from £10.00 - £22.00 and usually takes 7 - 12 working days to be delivered internationally. Deliveries to USA take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Do you have a Shop?
We don't have a shop in the traditional sense as we are a working farm, you can see everything on our website.
If you are local to our Shropshire farm and would like to collect your order please select 'Collection' in the delivery options and add the time and date you'd like to collect in the order comments.
Please allow up to 2 working days for us to make up your order when collecting.
Collection from our Shropshire Farm is only available from Tuesday - Friday, during 10am - 4pm. Our address is Shropshire Petals, Lynn South Farm, Newport, Shropshire TF10 9BB.
How is my Confetti Sample delivered?
Your confetti sample will be sent in a box to protect the petals, it is a small letter size box so will fit through any letter box and doesn't need to be signed for.
Samples go out with Royal Mail 2nd class. Allow up to 4-6 working days for your samples to arrive within the UK and up to 12 working days for outside of the UK.
